Returns & Exchanges

At Rivendell Bicycle Works, we want you to be satisfied with your gear, so we accept returns on unused and uninstalled items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-built wheels and bicycles may be subject to specific restocking conditions.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, sellable condition with all packaging intact; items that have been mounted or used on a ride cannot be returned.

  Contact Support

  Email or call our Walnut Creek shop to notify us of your return and receive a Return Authorization number to include with your shipment.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and ship them back to our warehouse using your preferred carrier; we recommend using a trackable service for security.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days.
