The only change to the photo above is that the timing cranks get a big-ring chainguard like on our high low doubles.
Captain cranks in 170mm for the small HHH and 173mm for the medium HHH.
Compatible with 113mm spindles, but we recommend 118mm if you wanna use MTB front derailers.
The timing rings are 38t, the crankset has a 44, 34, 26.
The chainrings are compatible with 10 speed and lower.
