How long does it take to ship a complete bicycle?
Complete bicycles are custom-built to order. Once your build list is finalized, please allow 4 to 8 weeks for assembly, safety testing, and professional packing before the bike ships via freight.
What is your return policy on components and frames?
We accept returns on unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that framesets are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship parts and accessories worldwide. For complete bicycles and framesets, we offer international shipping to most countries via specialized carriers; please contact our support team for a specific quote.
How do I determine my PBH (Pubic Bone Height)?
Accurate sizing is critical for our frames. We recommend the 'standover' method using a metric tape measure and a thin book. Detailed instructions can be found in our 'Sizing Guide' to ensure you get the most comfortable ride.
Are your frames covered by a warranty?
Rivendell frames are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the original owner. This does not cover normal wear and tear, crashes, or modifications made after purchase.
Can I visit your workshop for a test ride?
Absolutely. Our Walnut Creek showroom is open for test rides and consultations. We recommend calling ahead to ensure the specific model and size you are interested in is currently built up and available.
